Fispal Highlights

Guatchup was elected one of Fispal 2001's three most innovative products.

Guatchup was presented thanks to the Association of Tropical Juices Industrial Processors - ASTN, who kindly offered space in its stand.

Gourmet Show's great chefs de cuisine, an event at Fispal 2001, tasted and praised Guatchup when visiting our stand.

The guava tree is a tropical perennial, producing fruits for at least 15 years while the tomato needs replanting bi-annually.

Guava trees tolerate prolonged dry seasons and are cultivated throughout Brasil without irrigation (this is not possible with the tomato which has significant water requirements).


In addition, there is no such thing as a genetically modified guava (neither do we use GM corn syrup as a sweetener in in Guatchup).

Cultivating guava therefore represents a more environmentally-conscious alternative; a point of importance for today´s increasingly demanding consumer.
